Cancellation Policy

GardenCareExperts, we understand that plans can change. However, to provide the best service possible and manage our scheduling effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy.

1. Cancellation Notice

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for services.

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee. The fee will be equivalent to 50% of the total service cost. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us cover operational costs associated with last-minute changes.

3. No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for a scheduled service without prior notice, a no-show fee equivalent to 100% of the total service cost may be charged. We value your time and ask that you respect ours by notifying us if you cannot make it.

4. Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies happen. If you have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review these situations on a case-by-case basis and may waive fees at our discretion.

5. Rescheduling Services

If you wish to reschedule a service instead of canceling, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. We will do our best to accommodate your new request based on our availability.
